We first met Nicole and Tony almost two years ago when we photographed a wedding where they were very special guests. Our bride was Tony’s little sister and we had such a great time together! Tony and Nicole were also married three short weeks later and imagine how thrilled we were to get a phone call from them recently and they told us they were expecting a baby!
Nicole wanted to set up a maternity session with us and we scheduled one for them right away. They came into the studio and we had such a great afternoon together. We actually loved capturing candids of them at the wedding where we met them a few years earlier because they are so in love and not afraid to show it. It was so wonderful to finally have an opportunity to have them in front of our cameras for an actual session. Nicole is so beautiful and definitely has that new mom “glow” that you hear about all the time. I’m sure it has so much to do with all of the love that Tony showers down on her, too. Love these guys!
The beautiful mom to be….
As we were getting ready for another pose, the baby suddenly started wiggling around and kicking like mad. Rene caught Nicole and Tony feeling for his little feet and legs right at that moment:
Do you know what I’m most excited about right at this moment, though? It’s the email that I got from Nicole just yesterday… They had already picked out all of the images that they wanted to use in the album we’ll be putting together from our session. But the big news is that Nicole’s doctor reported that the baby would likely arrive within the next day or two – so chances are good that Nicole and Tony have a brand new baby boy in their arms right at this very second! We can’t wait to meet him – congratulations!
